Directfirestore.co.uk deliver goods to any UK mainland address. Additional areas including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, remote areas of Wales & the south west and all non mainland addresses will incur additional Carriage charges and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Deliveries in these areas will incur an additional minimum charge of £40. Due to the remote location of certain places, we are unable to give definitive delivery days. If you live in one of these areas, your local couriers will contact you to arrange actual delivery dates.
Delivery times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will endeavour to deliver your items within the times shown on the website. Within 48 Hours you should receive an email confirming your order. Once we have an approximate delivery date a sales team member will contact you directly to arrange delivery with you. On the rare occasion that there is a delay with your item or items, we will let you know as soon as we know. We have put down realistic delivery times of all items on our website and want our customers to be 100% confident that once we give a delivery date we will give 110% to ensure your item or items arrive. All our delivery times are in most cases quicker than you would get from a high street store and are based on manufacturing production times.
If the delivery date we offer you is not suitable just speak to our sales team and we will do our utmost to arrange an alternative mutually suitable day. In the event that the only day suitable for delivery is a weekend, we are able to deliver on a Saturday. There will however be a minimum charge of £55 applicable, depending on the item and location. We are unable to offer Saturday deliveries to any of the following areas: Wales, Northern Ireland, & Scottish Islands.

We are unable to deliver to Isle-of-Man, Isle-of-Wight, and Channel Islands.

Returns
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you order are suitable for installation into your home. We urge you to check all measurements and installation requirements with the manufacturer before ordering the product. The information contained in our product guides is for guidance only and should be used in conjunction with the manufacturer's specifications and the advice of your own GAS SAFE gas fitter. We may at our discretion allow you to return unwanted goods for exchange or refund. All items returned cannot be sold as new and will need to be sold as slight seconds or customer returns. Due to this there will be a re-sale and re-stocking charge of 40% of the product price for this service. In addition to this there is a 5% administration charge to cover additional costs incurred. Returns must be in pristine, saleable condition and full working order, complete with all parts and undamaged original packaging. Delivery and collection charges will also apply. To arrange a return you should contact us to establish the circumstances and we may then issue an authorised Goods Return Note (GRN) and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Goods that are returned without a GRN will not be accepted and will be re-delivered to you.

Safety
Please remember that installing gas appliances is not a DIY job. All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified GAS SAFE registered engineer.

The information given on our site is a guide only. To confirm suitability of any gas product you should employ a GAS SAFE registered engineer to conduct a site survey and report. The return of an unsuitable product that is not faulty will incur a handling and carriage charge as stated above.
